Software Manual Tester (QA)
Miejsce pracy: WrocławWe are currently looking for Senior Experts in several areas, including QA, for newly opened IT department, which is Global products and service excellence team of financial institution, recognizable in Europe.
You would be using a wide spectrum of technologies in the development of business solutions including languages such as Java, C++, C#, .Net; database technologies such as Oracle, Sybase and Microsoft SQL Server, and operating systems such as Microsoft Windows, UNIX and LINUX.

Your tasks:
- Be an integral part of the design, implementation, and maintenance of the test environment
- Analyze, evaluate, and verify requirements by working closely with other development and verification team members
- Create test plans and the necessary scripts necessary to implement those plans in Quality Center.
- Document the analysis and evaluation process and track results of that process
- Work and communicate in a cross-functional team environment
- Investigate, analyze, and report defects in a well-documented and timely manner, and also recommend resolution priority in QC/ JIRA.
- Track reported defects in JIRA, analyzing and testing the solutions to those defects
- Proactively provide status, raise issues, and communicate necessary information to ITPL and/or appropriate team members on a regular basis via daily stand-up meetings, one-on-one meetings.
- Participate in technical discussions and/or presentations
- Facilitate and assist in the task estimation process related to test activities.

We expect You to have:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in QA / Testing
- Deep knowledge of SW Development Lifecycle
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (professional proficiency)
- Great analytical and problem solving skills
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum
- Experience of using JIRA or Quality Centre (or equivalent tools)
- Proven analytical, planning, problem solving and decision-making skills
- Basic knowledge of QTP for usage of Automation scripts.
- Comfortable with direct communication with all levels of technical and business resources
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience with working in a highly collaborative and dynamic multi-team environment.
