Rate: 160-200 PLN/h net + VAT

Profile:
• 6/7 years of experience in cloud software delivery
• Proven ability to deliver on roadmap commitments in an agile environment
• Experience working with remote teams, both onshore and offshore
• Ability to lead large initiatives by collaborating across multiple teams
• Ability to work with internal customers (service owners), product management, and senior management to deliver value
• Hands-on experience building and aligning large-scale CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with Kubernetes, in addition Docker or Openshift configurations (at the application/service level)
• Experience developing tools and frameworks
• Expertise in one of the programming/scripting technologies (golang, bash, python)
• Experience with infrastructure like code (e.g. Terraform, Terragrunt)
• Hands-on experience with test automation
• Understanding of GitOps practices and experience with automation frameworks CI/CD such as ArgoCD, GitHub Actions and Argo Rollouts (configuration, APIs, etc.)
• Understanding of DevOps best practices
• General cloud experience in AWS, in addition Azure/GCP
Experience with Database Management Systems (DBMS), database migration (liquibase), backup management, etc. Experience with various web application development technologies and tools, e.g. Golang, Node.js, REST, CSS, and Python.
• Communication, both written and verbal, appropriately tailored to the audience
• Experience working with senior management to report and align results

Role:
• A new developer productivity team is being formed to enable Apptio service teams to accelerate their production deployments. The team is tasked with creating a reference implementation for deployment and testing pipelines and enabling service teams to maintain a DevOps culture without re-creating.
• Apptio supports the cloud-native Kubernetes platform. Apptio products are built using a wide range of technologies: AWS Services, Golang, React, Python with deployment pipelines standardised on GitHub Actions and Argo.
• The new team is expected to take Apptio to the next level and unlock automated, one-touch deployments across multiple dependent services, rapid cloud and region expansion, and DR.
• The individual will be a key part of the new Developer Productivity team and collaborate with other engineering teams towards a common goal - fast and reliable production deployments
• Build, improve and optimise production deployment pipelines and maintain established KPIs
• Mentor junior engineers in the team and enable other engineering teams to effectively use deployment automation in line with best practices
