For our client, one of the biggest insurance companies, we are looking for Analyst with Dutch language.

Responsibilities:
Update and maintain internal databases and HR systems, including managing absence records and integrating employee data, as well as uploading relevant documentation.
Collaborate with Dutch-speaking clients to ensure effective communication and service.
Prepare and review HR and payroll documents for clients or external partners to ensure accuracy.
Respond to general HR inquiries and address specific questions from employees.
Provide assistance and support to users of the Workday system.
What you have to posess, to apply:
Excellent Dutch and English skills (min. B2 level).
Great MS Office skills.
Close attention to the detail, strong analytical skills and well-organised workflow.
Proclient behaviour.
Great to have:
Knowledge of ServiceNow and Workday.
Experience in HR data.
