Branch Manager (Air, Sea, Land Transport)

For one of our clients, an international company branch located in Katowice we are looking for a talented person for the position of Branch Manager.
Your responsibilities
- effective management of the Branch to ensure the implementation of operational processes and indicators,
- building and managing the work of subordinate teams: logistics specialists, warehouse, sales and administration departments in a way that motivates them to achieve their goals,
- running the Branch in accordance with applicable standards and operational procedures,
- implementation of the budget, business goals and plans related to the development of branch infrastructure,
- increasing the profitability of the Branch,
- representing the company and cooperation with external companies and employment agencies
- maintaining and development of Client Portfolio
Our requirements
- experienced with work with a similar company and knowledge of sea, land and air transport
- higher education with the field of logistics/ transport or similar
- experience in team management,
- ability to plan, organise and control own and team work,
- ability to make decisions independently,
- ability to motivate the team to achieve set goals,
- flexibility and openness to changes,
- driving licence B category
- good level of English is a must
