Your responsibilities:
- creating and using new tools to automate IT processes and to enhance efficiency in the sales department,
- preparing and generating Delivery Reports for both internal users and external clients,
- updating and maintaining price lists, delivery schedules, special offers, and discount applications,
- managing inquiries to HQ regarding priorities, quotes, cancellations, and status updates,
- collaborating with the analyst department,
- handling reporting tasks, including credit note applications and delivery backlog monitoring,
- monitoring anomalies in customer processing workflows, ensuring data compatibility with SAP and the logistics department,
- aggregating data from SAP, creating and running Office/Excel scripts to optimize data reporting and capture,

Our requirements:
- higher education (preferably in related field),
- strong proficiency in Excel (advanced level, including VBA and PowerQuery), SQL, and Power BI,
- experience with Python and Power Automate is a plus,
- ability to work independently and proactively seek out solutions to challenges,
- strong data analysis skills, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency,
- openness to learning about new IT environments, particularly SAP,
- passionate for process and system improvement,
- excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset,
- fluent in English (both written and spoken),
- willingness to travel for occasional business trips and meetings at the company headquarters in Warsaw (1-2 times per month).
