For our client- international organization, are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to manage and grow relationships across key Central European and Balkan markets. You will play a pivotal role in managing partnerships within the Wholesale/Distributor, Convenience, Retail (including Petrol chains), and Food Service (HoReCa) sectors. Your goal will be to drive revenue growth, ensuring high customer satisfaction while identifying and securing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with partners across Central European and Balkan markets
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote the company’s product portfolio
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, expanding the customer and product.
Stay updated on competitor activities and market trends to inform decision-making
Ensure the delivery of customized products tailored to client needs.
Requirements:
Proven experience in account management within the Wholesale, Convenience, Retail, Petrol chains, and HoReCa sectors
Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage multiple accounts effectively
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities
Fluent in both Polish and English; proficiency in other languages such is an advantage
Willingness to travel frequently within European markets
Driver’s license (Category B) is required
