Scope of duties:
- Provide corporate actions and income processing services, including event creation, processing, and booking.
- Ensure timely client notifications, handle instructions, and book cash and securities transactions.
- Actively maintain reconciliation accuracy and resolve issues related to corporate actions.
Required experience:
- Knowledge of securities markets and the lifecycle of corporate action events (both mandatory and voluntary).
- Experience in corporate action event processing and reconciliation.
- Familiarity with SWIFT messages, including MT56x related to corporate actions.
- Strong understanding of corporate reorganizations (e.g., mergers).
- Ability to identify potential service delivery issues in high-volume environments and support team members.
- Development of knowledge on market changes and financial instruments.
- Ensure all corporate actions and income processes are performed in accordance with bank procedures.
