For our Client, an international and well-known financial brand, we are currently looking for candidates for Customer Care Professional position to join a newly created team in Poland.
You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to the company’s clients and taking care of positive customer relations and company image. Your duties will include responding to clients questions and inquiries regarding financial platform, resolving product or service problems, guiding and advising clients mainly via phone and email. In addition, you will be responsible for preparing appropriate notes and documentation in the system.
We are looking for candidates with excellent communication skills and fluent German language. Previous experience in customer-oriented role is also required as well as positive attitude and willingness to learn new things.
