Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse financial data and create detailed reports for management.
- Monitor financial performance by measuring and analysing results, initiating corrective actions, and minimising the impact of variances.
- Support strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and decision-making.
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning processes.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an accounting role with elements of financial analysis or strictly in the financial analyst department
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and financial software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
