Job Summary: Support senior management and employees with people management, delivering a value-added service in line with business objectives. A positive and fully flexible approach is essential to the role.
Your new role
- Manage the HR function as part of an HR partnership.
- Resolve complex legislative and employee relations issues.
- Attend management meetings.
- Communicate effectively with all departments of the company.
- Provide guidance to department leaders to improve working relationships and increase productivity and retention.
- Coordinate recruitment campaigns.
- Work closely with the Health and Safety team.
- Promote a culture of continuous professional development.
- Identify training needs and support in organizing training sessions.
- Drive continuous operational improvements.
- Maintain knowledge of legal requirements related to people management.
What you39ll need to succeed
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR management experience.
- Knowledge of Polish labor law.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel for business.
