Major responsibilities:
Close cooperation and support for the Sales Department
Reporting and analyzing sales results and promotional activities
Supporting the management in planning and coordinating sales and trade marketing activities
Assisting international partners in preparing product packaging for the Polish market
Supporting the image and market position of selected foreign products
Monitoring market changes and competitors' activities
Participation in creating and distributing POS materials
Administrative and organizational support for the Salesforce
Requirements:
Readiness to develop in the area of sales support and trade marketing
Ability to quickly learn new skills and tools
Fluency in English – required for frequent communication with international partners
Very good knowledge of MS Excel and ability to work with databases
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Reliability and responsibility in performing assigned duties
