Job tasks:

• Monitor 3PL operations and reassure performing based on targets and contractual responsibilities
• Solve operational and systematic problems between client & 3PLs
• Support Audits to 3PLs (ex quality audits)
• Claims to 3PLs
• Arrange and run annual Stock counts
• 3PL agreements management
• Monitor pallet flows, pallet stock and cost of pallet use (chep management)
• Control and report logistics costs on a monthly basis (LCP, POs, Invoice receipts etc.)
• Check daily inventory consistency and availability, manage systematic errors, perform necessary adjustments
• Set up and update reports for logistics operations
• Take over and coordinate logistics projects (ex. direct deliveries, new reworking activities)
• Agreements management, review of providers performance
• Manage reworking orders, materials, etc.
• Maintain logistics system data

Requirements:

• Overall experience in Logistics: Inbounds, Stock management, 3PL management
• Use of SAP: modules related to: logistics, stock management, order processing, procurement (an experience on any of these modules would be sufficient)
• Fluency in Polish and English language

Offer:

• The role is for a temporary placement
• Salary in the range of PLN 8,000-14,000 gross/month, the amount of salary depends on the skills and experience of the candidate
• The role is based in Warsaw office (Mokotów), we offer hybrid working as a mix of working remotely and from the office
