Responsibilities:
- building prospect interest in the products and services offered by Company's Software through web, social media, e-mail, phone calls and chat interaction,
- enriching and profiling our databases to identify new interest,
- and/or digitally assessing initial qualification and research of all inbound inquiries,
- systematically following up assigned qualified leads in our CRM collaborating with other demand development representatives, direct sales, partners or internal partner representatives,
- sending appropriate follow-up materials (video, whitepapers, literature) and documenting all activities in the CRM system,
- working with sales to develop opportunities (but without closing sales),
- working on assignments that are routine in nature and require limited judgment,
- working under moderate supervision and usually receiving detailed instructions on all work.
Required qualifications:
- fluency in French,
- good English skills for internal communication, any other European language – nice to have,
- profound analytical and planning skills,
- strong collaboration and influencing skills,
- coordination and problem-solving skills across multiple markets/factories and multiple issues,
- good numerical skills.
