Job description
The Finance Shared Services Center of Excellence (COE) - Master Data has an immediate need for a business analyst willing to bring their unique experience, designing, building and maintaining master data and other processes using our technology platform in support of our high quality data and automation strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Provide full life cycle support of our solution platform Precisely Automate (Winshuttle Studio / Evolve) for master data, logistics and other areas.
- Provide expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing solutions that are effective and meet user requirements.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Ensure highest data quality and integrity, detail oriented
- Ensure data compliance in line with Data Quality Rules
- Identify opportunities for process improvements
- Ability to work under time pressure
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant field of study is desirable
- Fluency in written and oral English is essential for this role
- Experience with SAP ECC 6.0 or SAP S4/HANA table structures and master data functionality
- Ability to create process mapping (e.g. in Visio)
- Experience in documenting procedures/processes
- Excel – advanced (writing formulas, pivot tables, power query, etc.)
- Demonstrates the ability to provide a logical, in-depth analysis of a problem or situation
- Previous experience with Winshuttle/Evolve tools or other automation/low-code development systems is an advantage
- Well organized with flexible attitude and excellent communication skills
