Medical Science Liaison

Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Scientific Engagement:
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in healthcare, academia, payers, and government organizations.
- Provide scientific insights and share knowledge about our products and therapeutic areas.
- Develop and implement Scientific Exchange Meetings at hospital, regional, and national levels.
- Collaborate with Patient Advocacy Groups (PAGs) on unmet needs and educational initiatives.
- Support scientific conferences and conduct dosing and administration readiness training upon request.
🔹 Evidence Generation Support:
- Identify local evidence generation needs and support post-marketing studies.
- Partner with investigators and clinical operations teams for company-sponsored studies.
- Provide scientific information to HCPs to improve healthcare quality and effectiveness.
🔹 Insight Management & Medical Strategy:
- Gather and share insights from HCP interactions to help shape medical and commercial strategies.
- Identify unmet medical needs and work cross-functionally to drive action.
- Contribute to strategic medical plans for the country.
🔹 Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with internal stakeholders, including Market Access, Commercial, and Clinical Research teams, to ensure alignment in our medical and business strategies.
What You Bring:✅ M.Sc. (minimum), preferably MD, PhD, PharmD, or other advanced degrees in life sciences.✅ Experience in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry.✅ Strong understanding of regional healthcare systems and medical legislation.✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Polish and English.✅ Willingness to travel (~60%, including international travel).Why Join Us?We offer a dynamic and collaborative environment where you can work on innovative therapies that make a real impact on patients39 lives.
