Operations Specialist with French or Italian

For one of our clients, a global company that is part of the "Big Four" auditing company, we are seeking an Operations Specialist with proficiency in either Italian or French.
Your future responsibilities will include:• Reviewing profiles and alerts prepared or updated by analysts in line with current guidelines, ensuring the maintenance of high-quality standards,• Providing support and guidance to analysts (delivering training, assisting in workload prioritisation to meet targets, identifying and addressing systemic quality issues),• Collecting and analysing documentation in accordance with requirements,• Conducting research through both internal and external sources, analysing client data to create KYC profiles and assess AML risk ratings,• Contributing to client projects both in Poland and internationally,• Assisting the Team Leader with daily operational tasks.
We encourage you to apply if you have:• A minimum of two years of experience in the fields of AML, KYC, TM, or FATCA,• Proficiency in either French or Italian,• Fluency in English,• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,• The ability to meet deadlines and achieve set targets,• A university degree,• The capacity to work independently in a project-oriented environment.
