The Production and Warehouse Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all activities related to production and warehouse management. This role is essential to ensure that production processes are carried out efficiently and in accordance with the Group's standards. Guarantee delivery times with customers (OTD), final product quality and product and process safety conditions. Production planning manager.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and supervise daily production and warehouse activities.
- Ensure compliance with production objectives in terms of quality, quantity and deadlines.
- Manage production and warehouse equipment, including task assignment and performance evaluation.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures in the production process.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure the availability of necessary materials and resources.
- Supervise the reception, storage and distribution of products in the warehouse.
- Maintain accurate inventory records.
- Identify and solve operational problems and propose process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in production and warehouse management.
- Knowledge of production and inventory management systems.
- Very good knowledge of English.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
