What You’ll Do:As a Junior Specialist:

• Use your analytical skills to evaluate data - supporting data uploads in different internal systems, manual data manipulations/enrichments, as well as multiple ad hoc requests related to the execution of the migration process.
• Work with teams, various departments, and stakeholders to achieve company goals
• A strong command of SQL and Excel and knowledge of Power BI are needed for this position (nice to have SAS, Python), as well as PMO skills.

As a Specialist:

• Reporting on migration execution progress, identifying patterns, and providing strategic recommendations for the leadership and migration execution
• Preparation of executive summaries on execution progress for leadership, regular presentations in English in different meetings
• Coordinating evaluation of customer experience - customer research and ongoing evaluation of customer experience through migration
• Interpreting data - strong data storytelling skills, visual presentation and strong communication skills are critical for this position.

As a Senior:

• Steering and orchestrating migration execution
• Collaborating with all country leaders, supporting them in all migration activities while at the same time making sure migration strategy and targets are implemented, and the goals set by the leadership are on track
• Collaborating with all stakeholders, ensuring holistic implementation and overall success of the programme
• A strong track record of coordinating and steering cross-functional and international projects, as well as strong leadership skills and independence in performing duties is needed in this position.
