Regional Director/ Branch Manager

For our client, a rapidly growing international investment brokerage firm entering the Polish market, we are currently seeking a candidate for the role of Regional Director/Branch Manager.
Location: Warsaw
The individual in this role will be responsible for the development and maintenance of the local business, its operational activities, and the establishment of a local branch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing client relationship strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Leading and managing a team of client relationship specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
- Monitoring and analysing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Preparing and presenting regular reports on client relationship performance.
Our Client is Looking For:
- Higher education, preferably in economics or business management.
- Professional experience in relevant business areas such as investment, stock trading, FX, and CFD brokerage.
- Basic knowledge of the investment/trading market and competition in Poland.
- Advanced knowledge of key marketing and sales principles.
- Basic understanding of compliance directives (e.g., MiFID II) and AML.
- A motivated, goal-oriented, ambitious individual capable of achieving set objectives.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Polish and English.
