We are currently seeking a Sales Manager for Poland and the Baltic countries on behalf of our client, a global manufacturer of a diverse range of commercial and off-road vehicles. The company operates production facilities around the world and offers comprehensive technical support through its extensive network of sales and service outlets.
The Parts Sales Manager position is region-specific and entails complete responsibility for the sales and marketing of parts within the designated area, which includes Poland and the Baltic countries (Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia). The primary goal of this role is to oversee company39s parts sales throughout the region by assisting dealers in enhancing their sales skills, while also working to boost market share and the profitability of the Parts & Service division.
The scope of responsibilities includes:
  • Implementing the Group39s parts sales strategy, tools, and programs within the authorised Dealer Network.
  • Meeting sales targets for parts, accessories, and margins in the designated territory.
  • Managing assigned dealers by planning and organising parts sales plans, supporting their development, conducting joint customer visits, and providing on-the-job coaching to maximise sales performance.
  • Developing sales through various channels: dealers, sub-dealers, key accounts, aftermarket, counter, and service.
  • Maintaining strong business relationships and close cooperation with customers.
  • Continuously analysing the parts and service market, competition, and customer needs, and translating feedback into actionable results at both HQ and dealer levels.
  • Forecasting sales on a weekly basis.
  • Preparing reports
We are seeking candidates with at least 3 years of sales experience in similar roles within the automotive industry, along with knowledge of the parts and after-sales market. A higher education degree, preferably in engineering, economics, or business management, is also important. Ideal candidates should possess strong sales and negotiation skills in the B2B sector, leadership abilities, and a results-oriented mindset with initiative and proactive involvement in business development. We are looking for individuals who can easily build and maintain business relationships at various levels, have excellent communication and written skills in English, hold a category B driving licence, and are willing to travel for business (approximately 80% travel, 20% home office). Additionally, knowledge of the Russian language and the transport industry will be considered an advantage.
