For our Client, company producing industrial machines, we are looking for a person to hold Sales Manager position.
Key responsibilities:
- Writing sales strategy, plan and tactics to achieve goals in the territory (Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia)
- Identify new sales opportunities (markets, companies, projects, accreditations).
- Field sales as required (estimated 50% of time will be spent visiting customers. Balance of the time will be office work).
- Developing existing accounts by building relationships and site visits.
- Dedicated account management, from initial sales contact through to dispatching goods.
- Developing the sales territory by bringing on board new customers through prospecting, cold calling, visiting and presenting the company.
- Liaising with all departments to ensure customer service is maintained.
- Monthly sales and business development reports.
- To hit and exceed the area sales target and KPI’S set for your area.
Requirements:
- Higher technical education.
- 5+ years selling experience.
- Fluent English required.
- Selling experience within oil & gas (upstream and downstream), power gen, nuclear, defence and shipyards preferred.
- Experience of selling other consumable mechanical hardware (eg flanges, fittings, gaskets) also an option.
- Hard working and determined sales person with a strong drive to succeed.
- High level of honesty and integrity, confident and personable manner.
- Full driving licence.
- Attention to detail.
- Must be computer literate.
- High level of interpersonal skills.
- Good planning, organising and prioritising skills.
- Ability to make decisions and use initiative.
