As a Sales Solutions Analyst you will join an international transportation company.
What you will be doing:
- Analyzing customer needs to determine suitable solutions / modalities of training that support the sales education strategies across all segments
- Analyzing how new assessment methods, like formative assessments, project-based learning and competency-based assessments shape the future of education
- Supporting the educational development through measurement of business impact, performance impact, tracking and reporting to validate value through education
- Develop educational solutions, models and processes that improve decision-making and organisational effectiveness.
- Preparing presentations for delivery to customers and stakeholders
- Monitoring and tracking the completion of educational projects, coordinating with the project team and other stakeholders as required
What you39ll need to succeed
- Fluency in English
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to interpret volumes of complex data, and draw logical conclusions
- Results oriented and commercially aware
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Good conceptual thinking ability
- Excellent knowledge of Excel
- Experience with tools such SQL, Power BI, Alteryx is a plus
