As a Scrum Master, you will join Federal Express Corporation (FedEx Express) - the world39s largest express transportation company. FedEx Express39 global transportation network ensures fast, reliable delivery of documents, packages, and shipments around the world.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Designing process improvements, systems developments or the implementation of best practice within area of expertise.
- Proactively identifiying and analysing risks, opportunities and constraints within the area of expertise.
- Developing, recommending and executing tools and processes to assist in the achievement of goals within the area of expertise.
- Identifying and developing goals, which may include forecasts, relating to business initiatives and projects within remit in alignment with divisional and corporate goals.
- Demonstrating understanding of factors influencing goal achievement.
- Leading projects and initiatives which may be cross-functional and involve internal and external experts.
- Ensuring ongoing compliance with defined company processes and procedures, relevant legislation and external regulations, and predefined agreements.
- Building and developing effective relationships with key stakeholders, including externally, in order to influence optimal business decisions.
Qualifications & Competencies (education, skills, experience):
- Project management skills.
- Good understanding of the software development process.
- Experience with quality assurance and testing best practises.
- Bachelor39s degree or equivalent.
- Scrum Master certification of an agile framework (preferably SAFe methodology).
- Fluent English (both written and spoken).
