For our client, an international banking company, we are looking for a candidate for the position of: Corporate Actions - Securities Specialist.

Main Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders and data providers.
• Verify the eligibility of clients’ entitlements.
• Ensure accurate and timely bookings of clients’ settlements resulting from mandatory corporate actions.
• Protect client data.
• Identify, monitor, and resolve cash and securities breaks.
• Manage complex clearance and reconciliation processes.
• Serve as a contact point for pre and post-settlement inquiries.
• Monitor the team’s inbox, ensuring all queries are managed and responded to promptly.

Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 1–2 years of proven professional experience in asset servicing or banking operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to investigate, monitor, and resolve breaks.
• Understanding of operational risk and custody services.
• Knowledge of the types and full lifecycle of financial instruments.
• Practical knowledge of SWIFT standards.
• Ability to understand and manage complex documentation.
• University degree.
• Outstanding communication skills with proficiency in English.
• Results-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced international environment.
• Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and valuing diverse perspectives.
