Our client is a dynamically developing organization with a stable presence on European markets. For a newly created position in the group, we are looking for a Senior Controller who will cooperate closely with internal departments (mainly IT/Technology) and will be exposed to regional cooperation.

Responsibilities
- Performance management of one of international markets (group function)
- Budgeting and forecasting for international markets (group function)
- Monthly and yearly management reporting for international markets (group function)
- Control over operating and capital expenditures, including capitalization
- Recommending changes in polices or procedures that will improve financial performance
- Business partnering to CFO and CIO
- Supporting markets in their responsibilities towards Group
- Participating in development and implementation of new role of International Controlling post ERP launch both for international markets and Poland.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position, with experience in regional role in a multinational organization
- Proven track record in business partnering roles to business and/or senior management, especially in IT/Technology field
- Strong data skills with ability to design and implement reporting systems
- Result orientation coupled with ability to manage multiple priorities;
- Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills;
- Willingness to constantly learn and face new challenges;
- Assertiveness, independence at work and in decision making processes;
- Ability to work under time pressure and in a dynamic environment
