For our Client we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of:
Solution Architect with MS Fabric
Location: remote / WarsawBranch: project in IT sectorJob type: B2B (with Hays Poland)Length: long-term cooperation, first contract for 6 monthsRate: 160-195 PLN/h net on B2BStart date: ASAPWorking hours: Business working hoursRemote work: 100% remote, with an option to work from office in WarsawMethodology: Scrum

Tech stack:Azure, MS Fabric, BI reporting, D&A concepts
Project:Project services for a large client from the IT sector
What will you do:

• Taking part in delivering Data Analytics solutions
• Designing and developing POCs and MVPs
• Proposing the right technology stack for an entire solution, and creating the architecture
• Overseeing solutions’ development
• Guiding and supervising development teams
• Direct communication with customers, in an international setup
• Designing, consulting and implementing the solutions based on Microsoft Fabric platform
• Creating development standards and frameworks
• Auditing legacy systems
• Researching current and emerging technologies continually
• Participating in projects staffing and planning from the Solution Architect’s perspective
• Supporting pre-sales initiatives from the technology standpoint
• Contributing to the Microsoft community

What we expect from you:

• At least 10 years of overall experience in IT commercial projects, including at least 4 years in the role of a Solution Architect
• Strong skills and hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure
• Very good understanding of the D&A concepts i.e. Data Warehouse, Data Lake, Data Lakehouse, Big Data
• At least 6 months of commercial experience with Microsoft Fabric
• Hands-on experience with major D&A areas (we don’t expect you to be an expert in each category): Data Engineering; Data Modeling; BI Reporting
• All cloud flavors: IaaS, PaaS, SaaS;
• Infrastructure, operating systems, security
• DevOps and CI/CD
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Previous experience working in customer facing roles, and in an international setup
• Higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
• Good organizational skills, ability to handle multiple priorities
• Leadership, team player mindset

What would be a plus:

• Experience with Azure Data Bricks
• Microsoft Fabric certification: DP-700: Fabric Data Engineer Associate
• Previous project and people management experience
