Due to the development of our client, an international pharmaceutical company with an established market position, we are looking for candidates for the position of
Purchasing Specialist with French.
In this crucial position, you39ll play a vital role in developing and implementing efficient procurement processes. You39ll bridge the gap between suppliers and internal stakeholders, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery of high-quality products. You39ll oversee the entire procurement process from supplier selection to order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:- Participation in the implementation of the company39s procurement policy.
- Ongoing cooperation with foreign suppliers for the French market.
- Ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
- Analysing offers in relation to ordered goods.
- Seeking sources of cost optimization in procurement.
- Managing the entire process of creating and monitoring orders.
- Contact with suppliers.
We39re Looking for Someone With:- Proficiency in English at an intermediate level.
- Proficiency in French at an advanced level (B2-C1).
- Experience in procurement.
- Knowledge of tools such as MS Office and Outlook.
- Analytical skills.
- Experience working in a corporate environment in a similar position will be a significant advantage.
- Experience working with SAP and in Accounts Payable (AP) will be an additional advantage.

- Hybrid working model: 2 days from the office, 3 days from home
