For our Client – due to brand development and the opening of a new lingerie store, we are looking for a person for the position of:
Store Manager
Miejsce pracy: PragaThe person employed in this position will be responsible for:
- Comprehensive management of the store,
- Coordinating and motivating the sales team,
- Achieving set sales goals,
- Training employees,
- Proactive sales and professional customer service,
- Taking care of the assortment and applying visual merchandising principles.
We expect from candidates:
- At least one year of experience in a similar position,
- Knowledge of the fashion industry,
- Experience in managing a team of employees,
- Focus on achieving set KPIs,
- Communicative knowledge of English,
- Willingness to work in shifts,
- Ease in establishing contacts, openness, and communication skills,
- Very good work organization and independence.
