Responsibilities:
Involvement in development of global purchaising strategy.
Co-develop and carry out sourcing strategies and cost saving plans with stakeholders in key categories.
Optimize current material portfolio.
Optimize the global supplier portfolio focusing on risk assessment and cost down to secure our strong market position.
Proactively supporting development of new products.
Create, develop, optimize and maintain good and effective supplier relations.
Requirements:
Preferably has a bachelor´s or master's degree, in Supply Chain/Procurement.
Have a minimum of three years’ experience within strategic procurement. It would be an advantage to have experience from food manufacturing industry or a FMCG procurement organization.
Thrive with interdisciplinary collaboration, and your impact and strong communicative skills ensure the successful implementation of cost optimization projects.
Is a team player and understands the importance of cross-functional collaboration with a focus on optimization in an internationally based company.
Is proactive and energetic – eager to create strong and measurable results.
Meets tasks with a structured and responsible approach.
Fluency in English, both in verbal and written form.
Has experience with ERP systems.
