Qualifications:
We Offer:
- cooperation with the management of the service organization within the scope agreed with the HSE Manager,
- support of the day-to-day work of Service HUB managers,
- preparing reports and meeting notes of internal and external meetings,
- preparing documents, materials and presentations as needed,
- maintaining records and administrative matters of the service department,
- ordering office supplies and materials, and maintaining inventory of equipment issued to HSE Advisors,
- management of office correspondence, archiving documents,
- supporting the team in the planning and execution of internal projects, deliverables, and reporting,
- maintenance of the MS Sharepoint for the HSE team to ensure various records are maintained,
- supporting with ad-hoc tasks related to HSE activities as needed.
Qualifications:
- minimum a year in a similar role,
- fluency in english is a mandatory requirement,
- IT proficiency in using software tools like microsoft office,
- strong verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with various departments, contractors, and external agencies,
- ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and maintain structured records,
- attention to detail, teamwork and collaboration.
