We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to join our team and manage the processes of construction and operation of photovoltaic installations. The candidate should have extensive knowledge of renewable energy installation processes, particularly photovoltaics, and the ability to manage a team of specialists.
Expectations:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in the renewable energy sector, especially photovoltaics.
- Knowledge of photovoltaic installation construction processes, with experience in projects ranging from 50 kWp to XX MWp.
- Possession of construction qualifications and experience in supervising construction works.
- Proficiency in PVSOL and AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of licensing and permitting processes.
- Team management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the entire execution process of photovoltaic projects.
- Supervising the team, including project managers and licensing and permitting specialists.
- Reporting project progress to senior management.
- Ensuring project compliance with local and international regulations.
