HR Administration Specialist with GermanMiejsce pracy: Warszawa

Responsibilities:

  • Providing operational support to the Contract Creation process,
  • Collaboration with internal team members and appropriate Managers,
  • Managing key administrative processes through the contract lifecycle by performing standard and non-routine administrative tasks,
  • Support in additional HR related processes like seminar organization, contract & reference letter creation, time management & travel expenses,

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of German & English Language,
  • Work experience in a human resources department will be an asset,
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, experience in Workday is a plus,
  • Careful, reliable, and independent way of working as well as distinct service orientation,
  • Business administration or business IT related studies is a plus.
