Responsibilities:

  • Comprehensive administrative handling of employee contracts, from preparation to updates.
  • Creating and managing reference letters and other HR documents for employees.
  • Processing travel expenses, monitoring time and attendance, and overseeing company car management.
  • Updating employee data in HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP) and ensuring data quality.
  • Maintaining continuity in HR processes and supporting administrative operations optimization.
  • Developing process documentation (e.g., operational procedures, job instructions).
  • Identifying and implementing improvements in HR processes.
  • Supporting new unit and process integration within HR.

Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in English and German (B2).
  • Experience in HR, ideally with a background in contract administration or HR administration.
  • Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP) and proficiency in data management.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
  • High-level communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
