HR Business Partner(global role)

For our Client, a med-tech company entering the Polish market, we are looking for an HR Business Partner. This is a global role responsible for comprehensive management of the employee life cycle, collaboration with managers and employees, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Building strong relationships with managers and employees in the EMEA region.
- First point of contact for all HR activities such as onboarding, promotions, leaves, transitions, and terminations.
- Collaborating with other HR functions (Payroll, Operations, Recruiting, Employee Development) to ensure high-quality HR services.
- Managing recruitment processes and headcount planning.
- Advising managers on performance management, discipline, coaching, and other employment practices.
- Implementing HR programs and policies in compliance with local regulations.
- Supporting a positive and diverse organizational culture.
- Monitoring and ensuring competitive compensation plans.
- Managing, training, and developing direct reports.
Requirements:- Bachelor39s degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist.
- Fluency in English.
- Preferred MS/MBA degree and experience as an HR Business Partner.
- Experience working in multiple EU countries.
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of performance management, recruitment, change management, and compensation programs.
- Experience managing complex employee relations situations.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Experience in the med-tech industry is a plus.
