Our client is a Scandinavian company building its SSC structures in Warsaw.
Your new role
The AR Team Lead is responsible for the day-to-day management, oversight, and escalation of AR/OtC processes while performing operational tasks. This role requires a hands-on approach, balancing leadership responsibilities with active participation in daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Execute financial tasks related to AR/OtC
- Handle advanced operations
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes
- Manage internal/external audits
- Oversee reminder reports on overdue payments
- Act as the first level of escalation for AR activities
- Coordinate and supervise daily tasks
- Serve as a subject matter expert
- Collaborate with PtP Team and finance management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
What you39ll need to succeed
- Bachelor39s degree in finance, accounting, or related areas.
- Experience in accounts receivable/OtC , accounting, or finance operations.
- Experience in team coordinating.
- Fluent English, additional Scandinavian language or German as an added value.
- Multinational, multi-site operations experience is beneficial.
- Communication and building relationships skills,
