In Krakow, Poland we have a team of experienced recruitment specialists who have been offering exciting projects every day to candidates from the construction, industrial and many other branches for over 15 years. We deliver full recruitment processes to internal clients in Norway and would like to expand our services by also including travel coordination to the Norwegian organization.
Who are we looking for:
We are now looking for a Travel Coordinator who have a dream of working with travel arrangements in a Scandinavian organization.
This is a new established role and the position is a project for six month with the possibility for extension and thereafter permanent employment.
You will work as an "inhouse" travel coordinator where you will hold the main responsibility for developing and executing a professional travel process for our employees from A-Z. This involves:
Building an internal process for ordering trips,
Work together with Procurement on setting up agreements with airlines and other transport companies,
Be responsible for the logistic part of onboarding new employees,
Work proactively to obtain good pricing, safety for our employees and quality on trips that are booked,
Facilitate smooth onboarding operations with HR and management in Norway.
Communicate with and assist the colleagues travelling,
The ideal candidate will therefore have extensive experience with travel booking systems and flight companies, geographical knowledge, advanced knowledge in excel, exceptional organizational abilities, and the capability to excel in a fast-paced working environment.
Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills are essential for interacting with both employees, HR and management. Furthermore you must enjoy to work in a fast-paced environment that requires teamwork, strong computer skills, and the ability to multitask.
We work with an international environment, so fluency in English is a requirement. Knowledge Norwegian is preferred.
In addition to having the main focus on travel arrangement, you will be a contributor to other tasks related to travel and onboarding depending on capacity. Thorough training will be given in systems that are needed in the work. The position will be located at our office in Krakow in Poland.
