Opis stanowiska pracy

Your tasks:

  • Answering Customers' questions on chat in Bulgarian;
  • Supporting the Customers at every stage of purchase;
  • Handling and processing returns and complaints;
  • Editing of offers;
  • Providing the highest possible quality of service.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Bulgarian language at least on B2 level;
  • Knowledge of Polish or English at least on B2 (necessary to participate in training);
  • Availability to work project hours: 4:00 AM - 1:00 PM; Monday through Sunday, with a minimum availability of 120 hours per month;
  • Precise and clear formulation of written statements,
  • High personal culture;

Experience in working with Customers is welcome.
